Seth Zanutto

I began my fitness journey at the age of 6 growing up practicing Tae Kwon Do and later boxing and kickboxing, I made the transition to coaching full time at the age of 19 where I started studying to be a trainer while coaching competitive kick boxers and Mixed martial artists in Brooklyn NYC. 

I believe strength training is the number one thing people can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle especially as they get older. Weather you are a total beginner new to the world of fitness, or an experienced gym goer I can help you reach your goals! I take an approach that is based on keeping your body and joints feeling great while using strength training to help you reach your goals, whether they’re weight loss, building muscle, or building strength.  I’m here for help and support as we work together to achieve your goals!

I offer training at Hyde Park Gym in 1 on 1 sessions, 2 on 1 sessions, remote programming and a combination of in person/remote hybrid training.
