I began my fitness journey at the age of 6 practicing Tae Kwon Do and later boxing and kickboxing. I started studying to be a trainer while coaching competitive kick boxers and Mixed martial artists in New York City. 

I believe strength training is the number one thing people can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle especially as they get older. Whether you are new to the world of fitness or an experienced gym rat I can help you reach your goals! I take an approach that is based on keeping your body and joints feeling great while using strength training to help you reach your goals, whether they’re weight loss, building muscle, or building strength.  I’m here for help and support as we work together to achieve your goals!

I offer training at Hyde Park Gym in 1 on 1 sessions, 2 on 1 sessions, remote programming and a combination of in person/remote hybrid training.
