Through my customizable training programs and tailored nutrition coaching, my goal is to educate, strengthen, and help you discover your optimal potential. I have been in the industry over 18 years and have experience in competitive powerlifting, bodybuilding and strongman.
My personalized training is scalable for all ages, genders and experience levels, combined with my total engagement approach which allows me to observe small details and iron out kinks, ensuring fundamental movements, form, and safety practices are performed.
With a strong passion for women’s health and empowerment, I strive to help women achieve or regain confidence and strength in their bodies through personal experiences, empathy, and education.
