Joshua Trammell

Hey! Thanks for stopping by. I work with powerlifters and strength enthusiasts in their 20s and 30s who are ready to bust through plateaus and crush some serious PRs. I’ve produced over 8 collegiate national champions since 2014 and had lifters who were on the road to nowhere set 90+ lb total PRs in as little as 8 weeks. Don’t take it from me though – here’s what some of my clients have had to say:

James Windham – “Josh will put forward effort to make sure you are doing your best. He is challenging but very rewarding as well. I appreciate that he knows what is best for you and knowing a client is VERY important.” – James has been powerlifting for 12 years and added 20lbs to his bench in under 8 weeks.

Hector Rivera – “You made it very easy to talk to you. Was not super super formal so it was like having a coach and a friend teach me. You were very passionate about this and encourage me. Told me you knew for a fact I could have done more on my lifts which made me more excited to continue lifting instead of feeling defeated for not getting even more.” – Hector added 60lbs to his deadlift, 15lbs to his bench, and 30lbs to his squat in just 8 weeks.

Trever Horvath – “Fantastic, personalized programming made to accommodate skill/fitness levels as well access to equipment. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without access to a gym.” – Trever has lost 17lbs and 8” off his body!

Xavier Fernandez – “This has been a life changing experience for me. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve taught me. I never would have imagined this amount of success. My weight loss journey is not over but I’m very hopeful now that I have you as a trainer.” – Xavier has lost 44lbs, 6” off his chest, and 8” off his waist!

If you’re ready to get serious about your efforts in and out of the gym please text or email me so we can get started!
